If you forget your cohort name, we have no way whatsoever of advising you of it. It is not possible to decrypt or identify your cohort without the EXACT cohort name and UserID (including capitalisation)! We recommend you manually record all details to permit recovery, as well as using the provided "Backup cohort" function.

SDQpro – new for 2025

We have released an improved assessment tool (SDQpro) for using the SDQ with groups of young people and are taking on new clients. Note that SDQpro will replace the old SDQcohort and SDQplus systems, which will go offline by 2026.
